This walk is a suicide prevention awareness event and an opportunity for those who have experienced a loss by suicide to remember their loved one.

The YES Partnership is a community collaborative in Tuolumne County comprised of 30 key community leaders representing 13 sectors. YES Partnership was established in 1986 as a result of several teen suicides. We continue to be actively involved in creating a suicide-safe community. During the past year we have trained over 175 community members to be suicide alert and connect people with thoughts of suicide to various resources to keep them safe.  In addition to these efforts, we support youth and families through efforts to prevent substance use and child abuse.
